Elan Impression 40 Val is a spacious and reliable sailing yacht, perfectly suited for relaxed family cruising or enjoyable sailing holidays with friends in the Zadar archipelago.
With her smart layout, modern upgrades, and excellent sailing performance, Val offers an ideal balance of comfort, safety, and ease of handling.
This wonderful boat is safely moored in our second base, Olive Island Marina, on island of Ugljan, the closest island to Zadar.

Interior & Layout
The yacht accommodates up to 8 guests (6+2) in three comfortable double cabins, with an additional berth in the saloon. She features two heads with showers, making life on board practical and comfortable even for longer stays.
The bright and airy interior is complemented by quality bed linen, pillows, duvets, USB chargers, and 220 V outlets throughout the yacht. The saloon offers a folding table and a welcoming space for dining or relaxing after a day at sea.
Galley & Comfort
The fully equipped galley includes:
- Fridge & freezer
- Cooker with oven
- Two sinks
- Complete cookware and cutlery
- Water heater
- Air conditioning (on shore power)
- Electric toilet (1) and manual toilet (1)
On deck, you can enjoy the spacious cockpit with teak flooring, folding cockpit table, cockpit cushions, and cockpit speakers.
Bimini and sprayhood (new in 2025) provide excellent protection from sun and wind, while the large swimming platform with ladder and cockpit shower makes swimming stops easy and enjoyable.

The yacht has been previously operated by a neighboring charter company and has been very well maintained throughout her life. She has benefited from continuous professional servicing and recent upgrades, ensuring excellent technical condition and reliability for your holiday.
Base & Sailing Area
Val is based in Olive Island Marina, Sutomišćica, on the beautiful island of Ugljan, just across from Zadar. This modern and peaceful marina is an ideal starting point for exploring the Zadar Channel, one of the most attractive sailing areas in Croatia.
From the base, you can easily reach:
- The islands of Ugljan, Pašman, Dugi Otok, Molat, Iž
- Countless secluded bays, sandy beaches, and crystal-clear anchorages
- Charming island villages and authentic Dalmatian konobas
The Zadar region is known for short sailing distances, excellent wind conditions, and a perfect mix of nature, culture, and gastronomy—making it ideal for both beginners and experienced sailors.
